The Brotherhood

Chris Chandler begins his life at Drake University with a new roommate, Dan. Fraternities are pledging on campus, and a student connected to Doma Tau Omega is found dead, casting a shadow over campus life.

Psychology student Megan befriends Chris and Dan and invites them to a Doma Tau Omega party, claiming she doesn't want to go alone. The invitation pulls them into the DTO house, where the fraternity's rituals begin to unfold.

At the party, Chris fixates on Devon Eisley, the DTO leader, while Megan and Dan leave. Devon drugs Chris and performs a blood ritual, forcing Chris to drink Devon's blood and sealing his membership.

Inside the DTO house, the initiation continues as Chris and Devon drink blood from a girl named Sandy, in a ritual that resembles sexual activity. Dan grows unsettled by Chris's transformed demeanor and begins to pry into the fraternity.

Dan breaks into the DTO house to investigate and discovers photos of Devon spanning decades, suggesting immortal leadership. He then persuades Megan to join him in checking Chris's room, only to find it ravaged.

They decide to search the DTO house for Chris, fearing he is in danger or being prepped for the ceremony. The eerie atmosphere deepens as they move through the house looking for him.

Devon explains that he lives eternally by transferring his soul into a new body every century, and this time Chris's body will be used. He reveals that the dead student was driven to suicide after fearing the ritual and threatening to expose it.

Chris tries to flee the house but is knocked out by Barry and Jordan, two other DTO members. The ritual seems to be moving forward regardless.

Dan and Megan are blocked at the doorway by Mikhail, who threatens them with an axe. The danger grows as the ritual continues inside.

Dan seizes the opportunity and grabs the ceremonial needle used for blood. He thrusts it into Mikhail's neck, killing him.

In the hall, Megan reveals she has been Devon's decoy for decades, tasked with luring Chris. She threatens Dan with the axe, insisting he will be killed if Chris resists the ritual.

Chris stops resisting and kneels before Devon as others prepare the ritual. Dan breaks free, grabs the axe, and attacks Devon.

Devon, the other DTO members, and Megan die in the chaos, leaving Chris and Dan amid the carnage. Chris reiterates his vow that he would never join a fraternity.

Dan and Chris escape the house together, stepping into the night. Chris reiterates that he will never join a fraternity.
