The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep

Geralt receives a contract to kill an Allamorax, a creature blamed for the deaths of several fishermen in Bremervoord. This sets the stage for the unfolding events and Geralt's moral dilemma.

After confronting the Allamorax, Geralt spares its life due to the pleas from the sirens, who argue that it is innocent. This act of mercy leads Geralt to forfeit his prize money and affects his subsequent adventures in the village.

With the prize money lost, Jaskier accepts an invitation to perform at a local festival, hoping to earn some coin. They meet Jaskier's childhood friend, Essi 'Little Eye' Daven, adding layers to the story's relationships.

During the festivities, King Usveldt and his son, Prince Agloval, are in attendance alongside Zelest, the king’s illegitimate son. Tensions simmer as their past relationships resurface, especially Jaskier's history with Zelest.

A sudden attack occurs when a boat with pearl hunters is assaulted by Vodnin while they are in the festival. One survivor arrives at the festival, dying and revealing that the attack was ordered by the sirens.

Rumors spread that King Usveldt is hesitant to take action against the sirens because of his son's infatuation with the siren princess, Sh'eenaz. This complicates the decision-making as tensions rise amid the threat.

The sirens, led by Sh'eenaz, urge their king Basim and queen Dahut to take decisive actions against the humans who threaten their home. Sh'eenaz proposes a marriage with Agloval as a potential solution to the mounting conflict.

Geralt, Jaskier, and Essi intensify their investigation into the Vodnin's attacks and discover their lair. They confront a Vodnin, but the situation escalates when Zelest arrives with troops, leading to a battle.

As the investigation continues, Jaskier's comments lead Geralt to realize that Melusina is behind the attacks. She had transformed into a Kraken to wreak havoc and is posing as a human princess to achieve her goals.

After the truth is revealed, Melusina escapes from the palace while King Usveldt remains intent on advancing the war against the sirens. Geralt, Jaskier, Essi, and the unwitting Zelest are captured as hostilities escalate.

Geralt and his friends manage to escape and engage in the battle against Usveldt's forces, during which Zelest tragically dies. The conflict intensifies with Melusina's return as a Kraken, bringing chaos to both sides.

In a climactic fight, Geralt is swallowed by Melusina but manages to defeat her from within. Agloval exposes the king's treachery, which helps bring an end to the immediate conflict between the humans and the sirens.

Amidst the aftermath, Agloval and Sh'eenaz decide to marry, uniting both kingdoms in a bid for peace. Their union symbolizes hope for healing the rift between their species.

On their wedding day, it is revealed that Agloval takes the potion meant for Sh'eenaz, desiring to escape his father's bloody legacy. He chooses to stay with his new family beneath the sea, marking a significant change.

Essi confesses her feelings for Geralt, and they share a night together. However, they realize their incompatible desires for the future, leading to a bittersweet parting as Geralt and Jaskier prepare to leave for Caingorn.
