The Losers are a specialized black-ops unit within the United States Special Forces, commanded by the determined Lt. Col. Franklin Clay. The team also includes the resourceful Capt. William Roque, agile Sgt. Linwood “Pooch” Porteous, tech-savvy Capt. Jake Jensen, and sharpshooter Sgt. Carlos “Cougar” Alvarez. Their mission takes them to Bolivia, where they aim to eliminate a drug lord, Fadhil.

During their operation, a critical moment occurs when they observe a busload of children arriving at the designated target compound, unknowingly being used as drug mules. As Clay desperately tries to persuade their mission authority, “Max,” to abort the airstrike, he faces resistance. With the orders unyielding, Clay chooses to destroy their laser system and inform Max about the damage, stating that the attack must be called off. However, the pilot remains locked in on the coordinates, leaving the Losers with no choice but to mount a daring rescue to save the children.

In a frantic automotive assault, they storm the compound, exchanging gunfire with guards. Although they manage to rescue 24 out of 25 children, Clay is forced to confront Fadhil when he holds one child hostage, ultimately leading to lethal consequences. As they make their escape, the bus becomes a target for an impending airstrike, resulting in catastrophic destruction that claims the lives of the children and the helicopter crew tasked to extract them.

Branded as rogues and presumed dead, the Losers grapple with their tarnished honor and the traumatic loss of innocent lives. Frustration grows, especially for Roque, who urges Clay to let go of the past and the pursuit of vengeance against Max. Yet four months later, Clay encounters the enigmatic Aisha al-Fadhil, played by Zoe Saldana, who offers a tantalizing promise of revenge against Max, her own motives unknown. He reluctantly accepts her help, recognizing that he has little choice.

Aisha devises a plan to smuggle the Losers back into the United States, and they quickly find themselves back in action, launching a calculated operation to apprehend Max. Their ambitious infiltration comes with challenges as they learn Max is entangled in deals for devastating weapons called “Snukes.” They discover that their initial Bolivia mission was a mere cover for Max’s nefarious plans, which adds layers of betrayal to their pursuit.

As tensions heighten and alliances are tested, Clay and his team find themselves in precarious situations, battling adversaries, including former team members turned foes. Amidst thrilling conflicts and unexpected revelations, they race against time to thwart Max’s dangerous schemes and reclaim their honor. Clay must balance the quest for vengeance with the realization that their fight turns personal for Aisha, leading to a complex web of retribution and survival.

With explosive action set against a backdrop of deception, betrayal, and fierce loyalty, The Losers engage in a high-stakes showdown that will determine their fate and the lives of many others. Throughout the chaos, they are bonded by resilience and camaraderie, highlighted by their camaraderie during lighter moments, such as aiding Pooch in welcoming his newborn child and supporting Jensen at a family soccer match. Will they uncover the truth, or will their quest for revenge lead to further destruction?
