The Last Kumite

Ron Hall kidnaps Bree to force Michael Rivers into competing in the underground Kumite tournament. After Michael refuses Hall's invitation to fight in Bulgaria, Hall uses his daughter as leverage, knowing Michael would do anything to save her. This manipulation is Hall's method of ensuring top fighters participate in his deadly event.

The Kumite is a secret underground fighting tournament held in Bulgaria with a one-million-dollar prize. Fighters compete in brackets, facing each other in one-on-one matches. The twist is that each fighter's loved one is held captive, and their survival depends on the fighter's success in the matches. Hall threatens to kill the hostages if the fighters fail or refuse to fight.

Dracko is the undefeated champion of the Kumite, known for his ruthless and violent fighting style. Julie Jackson reveals she was his former sensei and considered him like a son until Ron Hall's corruption turned him into a monster. His savage attacks make quick work of opponents, and he follows Hall's orders without question, even killing fighters when instructed.

Loren agrees because Ron Hall murdered his wife in front of him and took his daughter as revenge for refusing to fight. Despite his bitterness and pain from his broken leg, Loren sees training Michael as a way to get revenge on Hall. He wants to help Michael defeat Dracko and bring down Hall's operation.

Julie Jackson helps because Ron Hall corrupted Dracko and turned him into a violent monster. Though she once considered Dracko like a son, she wants him stopped and urges Michael to do whatever it takes to end Hall's reign of terror. Her knowledge of Dracko's weaknesses becomes crucial for Michael's training.

Detective Dobrev dismisses Damon Spears' concerns when Hall's name is mentioned, refusing to take action. It's later revealed that Marcus Gantz and his partner were undercover working with law enforcement, but they couldn't intervene earlier because they needed the bettors to be present for the arrests. The police were building a case against the entire operation.

After Michael wins the Kumite, police storm the building and arrest Hall and his followers. Hall tries to escape but is confronted by Billy Blanks (Master Loren), who defeats him in combat. Loren then lets Gantz arrest Hall rather than kill him, ensuring Hall faces justice through the legal system.

After Hall is defeated and arrested, Loren's daughter manages to escape from wherever Hall had kept her captive. In the final scene, she unexpectedly returns to Loren while he's training, and they share a joyful reunion. This provides a redemptive conclusion to Loren's storyline after the loss of his wife and his own suffering.
