In an isolated, high-tech complex on a remote island, a diverse group of combatants gathers for the sought-after “Dead or Alive” fighting tournament. Among these warriors is Kasumi, a determined shinobi ninja-princess on a quest to find her missing brother Hayate, lost during the previous tournament. She is joined by Tina, a fierce professional wrestler eager for recognition; her father Bass, a formidable fighter in his own right; Christie, a cunning master thief harboring hidden motives; and Hayabusa, Kasumi’s loyal friend devoted to protecting her. Completing this fascinating ensemble is Helena Douglas, the mysterious daughter of the tournament’s late founder.

As these daring contestants arrive, they are carefully observed by Dr. Victor Donovan, the omniscient organizer, along with his right-hand man, Weatherby. Unbeknownst to the participants, both have a hidden agenda — their intentions involve collecting data from the battles using injected nano-sensors for a perplexing project that looms in the shadows.

Meanwhile, Christie collaborates with her accomplice, Maximillian ‘Max’ Marsh, to devise a scheme aimed at stealing a significant fortune stashed within a secure vault. On the other hand, Ayane, a deadly assassin from Kasumi’s clan, relentlessly pursues her, motivated by a fierce desire to eliminate Kasumi and restore their clan’s honor.

As the tournament progresses, contestants are swiftly eliminated, narrowing the field down to the four strongest fighters: Kasumi, Christie, Hayabusa, and Tina. Tragically, Helena falls prey to Christie’s treachery, but not before she reveals an essential clue — a tattoo on Helena’s neck may hold the secret to the vault’s contents.

Kasumi’s suspicions about Donovan’s deceit regarding her brother’s fate peak, prompting Hayabusa to infiltrate the complex for answers, though he soon finds himself captured. Ayane confronts Kasumi on multiple occasions, intent on ending her life. Yet, Kasumi persists, striving to convince Ayane that Hayate is alive.

Meanwhile, Weatherby becomes enamored with Helena, gaining insights into Donovan’s mysterious project. As tension mounts, he shares his findings with Helena, gradually uncovering the truth about her father’s efforts to dismantle this oblique operation before his untimely death.

When the tournament reaches its peak, Kasumi, Christie, and Tina unite in a mission to rescue Hayabusa, inadvertently discovering a hidden entrance to the main complex. Their curiosity leads to a sudden ambush, incapacitating them. In a dramatic turn, Helena engages in a fierce battle against heavily armed guards dispatched by Donovan, determined to thwart his malevolent plans. Coincidentally, Max breaches the compound but is overpowered by Bayman, one of Donovan’s henchmen.

Inside the complex, Donovan unveils a groundbreaking neural interface engineered to tap into the collective talents of the fighters. He boasts of the capability of these enhanced sunglasses to transform him into an unbeatable warrior. In a shocking twist, he discloses that Hayate has been kept alive for testing this pioneering technology. As he demonstrates his overwhelming power by defeating Hayate, he sets in motion plans for global distribution of his newfound weaponry.

Just as Donovan’s plan threatens to unfold, Weatherby takes control of the broadcast, reaching out to the CIA about the unfolding disaster. With the self-destruct sequence activated, Helena and her friends find themselves captured again. Yet, a daring rescue is on the horizon as Kasumi, Helena, Christie, Tina, Ayane, Hayate, and Hayabusa launch a concerted attack on Donovan’s lair. Weatherby and Max manage to escape the destruction, despite Max’s initial reluctance to forsake his quest for riches.

The chaos intensifies, ultimately leading to the fall of Donovan’s augmented ‘glasses’ against the fighters’ combined strength. In a thrilling climax, Hayate and Kasumi subdue Donovan as the base goes up in flames. The survivors commandeer a pirate ship, setting sail for fresh adventures ahead.

After the dust settles, Helena, Ayane, Christie, Tina, and Kasumi gather once more in the serene surroundings of Kasumi’s palace, their newly forged bonds solidified as they brace for an impending ninja army on the horizon.
