The film opens with a startling setup: a group of terrorists quietly alters toy guns into convincing real weapons that can slip past metal detectors at Athens Airport. A keen-eyed boy, Paul Cartowski, notices the ruse and quickly shares his suspicions with his father, Brad Cartowski, an ex-CIA and Navy SEAL. The tension spikes into chaos as a gunfight erupts, the terrorists hijack an airport bus, and the airport is thrown into turmoil.
