The Abandoned

A Russian peasant family is interrupted during dinner when a run-down truck pulls up in their front yard. They discover a murdered woman inside, along with two crying infants, setting off a series of horrific events that are rooted in tragedy.

Forty years later, Marie Jones receives a summons from a notary in Russia, claiming to have found her long-dead parents and their home. Skeptical yet curious, she decides to return and claim her family’s estate.

Upon arriving at her parents’ home, Marie encounters an elderly woman who warns her to stay away from the Kardinovsky Farm. Her insistence and fear paint a troubling picture of the past, heightening the tension of Marie's visit.
