Mike Catton was once a world‑renowned construction foreman, but a serious accident gave him a crippling fear of heights, forcing him to retire and become a truck driver. When an old friend asks him to help erect a new skyscraper and is menaced by a ruthless corporate antagonist, Catton returns from retirement, gathers the industry’s top talent, and leads the elite crew in a race against time to complete the building while the villain’s schemes threaten to halt their work.
