Unfortunately, the monstrous forms of her parents frighten the oracles, forcing them to flee and leaving behind a magical device known as 'The Fob.'

In a twist of fate, Princess Ellian unknowingly releases her parents from their cages, creating chaos in the castle. The Captain of the Guards, alarmed by the sudden appearance of the monsters, orders that they be captured, leading to a frantic search throughout the kingdom.

To evade capture by the guards and advisers, Ellian harnesses the magic of The Fob. This fateful decision allows her and her parents to make a swift escape, ultimately leading them to pursue the Oracles themselves in the hopes of restoring their family.

During their escape, an unintended use of The Fob results in Bolinar swapping bodies with Ellian's pet rodent, Flink. This humorous yet chaotic event adds complexity to their already perilous journey as they navigate the dangers lurking in the kingdom.

The group finally arrives at the cottage of Sunny and Luno deep within the Dark Forest. Here, the oracles reveal that the only cure for their curse involves King Solon and Queen Ellsmere traveling to the Lake of Light together.

As they journey towards the Lake of Light, the King and Queen slowly start to regain the ability to speak, though they initially retain no memories of their royal lives. An encounter in the desert leads them to begin recalling the essence of parenthood, ultimately recognizing Ellian as their daughter.

Despite Bolinar's attempts to lead the guards to capture Ellian and her parents, they manage to evade him with the help of a feral creature. This moment showcases Ellian's determination and bond with her parents as they navigate treacherous terrain.
