Bundeswehr soldiers Tom and Charly serve with KFOR in Kosovo, tasked with keeping the fragile peace after the Serb‑Albanian war. When they pull a young Serbian girl, Mirjana, from a sniper’s bullet, they become entangled with the shooter Durcan, whose family was killed, and with Mirjana, who learns her father was a war criminal. Their personal ties draw them into a web of guilt, manipulation, love and revenge.
