Madhan G. V. Prakash Kumar is a brash street racer in Chennai who thrives on speed and adrenaline. He shares a tight bond with his loving elder sister Raji Lijomol Jose (also known as Poonai), a relationship formed after they were orphaned as children. The two are cared for by their aunt Dhanalakshmi Nakkalites Dhanam, whose support keeps their small world intact. Madhan also harbors a soft spot for a girl named Kavin Kashmira Pardesi, whose presence adds a layer of complexity to his already stormy life. Across town, Rajasekar Siddharth is a stern traffic police officer who embodies discipline and order, often clashing with the freewheeling charm of Madhan’s world.

From the very first encounters, sparks fly when Rajasekar catches Madhan racing and publicly humiliates him by making him wear a girl’s dress, a moment that plants the seed of a long and tangled rivalry between the two men. The tension intensifies as a marriage alliance is formed between Raji and Rajasekar. Madhan, unable to move past the public humiliation, grows to view Rajasekar and Raji as his sworn enemies, a sentiment that deepens when Raji marries Rajasekar and becomes pregnant for two months. The situation worsens when Madhan’s bike is stolen, and the police arrest him on charges related to chain snatching. Meanwhile, a parallel thread follows Madhu Madhusudhan Rao, a Chennai-based drug lord whose shipments attract the attention of Rajasekar. When one of Madhu’s drug-carrying trucks is seized, Rajasekar enlists the aid of the central vigilance team to tighten the noose around Madhu’s operation. Madhu, determined to avoid capture, orders his men to ram a van carrying him and escapes from a hospital where he’s treated. The stormy arc of mourning shadows the siblings as their aunt Dhanalakshmi passes away, leaving behind a tangle of family obligations. Their cousin arrives with a request to exchange the jewelry left by Dhanam for Raji’s upcoming marriage, a proposition that complicates the already fragile family dynamics.

Amid the turmoil, Madhan uncovers the identities of the thieves, including a rival from his own gang who wields political influence and refuses to surrender. The thief challenges Madhan to a high-stakes street race, promising to hand over himself and restore Madhan’s bike if Madhan wins. The race becomes a brutal test of nerve and skill, and the rival injures Madhan badly. Rajasekar steps in to help Madhan secure a victory, earning back the bike and proving that alliances can shift when real danger looms. Yet the danger is far from over: Madhu’s goons kidnap both Rajasekar and Madhan, leading to a violent confrontation in which Rajasekar kills two of Madhu’s men and is shot in the process while trying to save Madhan.

In the aftermath, Madhan confronts the consequences of his long-standing grudge against Raji and gradually recognizes the harm it has caused. He unleashes his fury on Madhu’s gang, ensuring that justice takes its course as Madhu is eventually arrested. The film closes on a hopeful note, with Madhan and Rajasekar’s relationship repaired and the two finally united, their once-tumultuous feud giving way to a renewed sense of family and shared purpose.
