Ae-ja collapses and is taken to the hospital for treatment. The doctors strongly advise that she live apart from Mal-soon to improve her health. Mal-soon learns, with a heavy heart, that she may soon be sent to a nursing home.

On the day she is told she will be sent to a nursing home, Mal-soon wanders the streets in dismay and discovers a mysterious photo studio that promises to capture moments of youth. She is drawn to the idea of reliving her prime one last time. After stepping inside, she leaves transformed into a 20-year-old version of herself.

She hides from her family and lodges with a former family servant who now works at a cafe. She renames herself Oh Doo-ri in homage to Audrey Hepburn and adopts a Hepburn-inspired haircut. To the world, Doo-ri appears as a youthful, oddly maternal figure with old-souled mannerisms.

Doo-ri stuns a group of pensioners with a stirring karaoke performance. The crowd is charmed by her warmth and surprising blend of youth and wisdom, attracting attention from onlookers and potential collaborators. The moment becomes a springboard for new opportunities.

Ji-ha, Doo-ri’s unaware grandson, and Seung-woo, a TV music producer, notice her presence and show interest. They sense promise in her unique voice and stage presence. This encounter opens the door to a formal musical career.

Doo-ri joins the band as vocalist and persuades them to switch from heavy metal to more audience-friendly melodies. The group begins rehearsing and refining their sound under her youthful energy. Their dynamic shifts as she becomes a central figure.

Doo-ri finds herself drawn to two men: Mr. Park, her former café coworker who has long loved Mal-soon, and Seung-woo, the ambitious music producer pursuing her. She navigates their attention while keeping her cover intact. The situation thickens as rival affections pull at her.

Mr. Park’s daughter accuses Doo-ri of scheming for money and forces her out of their home. She finds temporary refuge in Mr. Han’s apartment while figuring out the next move. The personal jeopardy intertwines with the band’s growing momentum.

With Doo-ri's presence, the band begins to gain traction and popularity. Seung-woo, recognizing their potential, agrees to mentor them and help expand their reach. They start building a real following and booking gigs.

The band is booked for a major extravaganza at the studio. Ji-ha is late due to traffic and leaves by taxi and bike, but a lorry collides with him on the way, leaving him in critical condition. Doo-ri decides to perform nonetheless to honor his song’s success.

Doo-ri arrives at the hospital and discovers she is the only one with the correct blood type for a transfusion. She donates blood to save Ji-ha, knowing the procedure would revert her youth back to her aged form. She faces the painful choice between youth and life for her family.

Mr. Park finds the same photo studio, uses it to become young again, and locates Doo-ri at a bus stop. He arrives in a fresh, youthful form and, in their familiar banter, offers a ride as they ride off together toward an uncertain future.
