Sarvam

The film opens with a rainy confrontation between two men in a deep, dark forest. A title card flashes an Upanishad line: Death is just the beginning of another life. The stormy, ominous mood establishes fate, revenge, and intertwined destinies as the story unfolds.

Karthik, a carefree architect, encounters Sandhya during a go-kart race and is instantly drawn to her. He resolves to win her over, launching a determined pursuit that will shape their futures. The encounter sparks a romance that drives much of the plot.

Karthik tries to meet Sandhya by fabricating an accident that supposedly harms his car, hoping to force a meeting. When that ploy fails, he becomes a regular presence at the hospital where she works, hoping persistence will win her over. Sandhya remains wary, viewing him as carefree and not ready for a serious life.

Sandhya's parents reveal that she will be married off to someone else, initiating a conflict between duty and love. Slowly, she begins to see Karthik as a compatible partner and grows genuine affection for him. The idea of a life together starts to feel possible, though doubts linger.

To decide the timing of their marriage, they agree to a cycling race along a road at Elliot's Beach, with the winner's decision binding on the other. The race becomes a public test of their commitment and compatibility. The outcome will shape their next steps.

On the terrace of Naushad's friend, Imaan and his friend fly a kite and Imaan suddenly faints, alarming everyone. The kite thread tangles around Sandhya as she leads the race, slicing her neck and causing a fatal injury. She dies soon after in the hospital.

Sandhya succumbs to blood loss after the neck injury, ending the romance and altering the course of the protagonists' lives. Karthik collapses into grief, realizing the cost of their unfinished story.

Six months after Sandhya's death, her father visits Karthik and reveals a medical miracle: Sandhya's heart has been transplanted into a boy named Imaan, saving his life. Karthik is overwhelmed with emotion as he confronts the possibility that a part of Sandhya still lives.

Karthik travels to Munnar, Kerala, to meet Naushad and Imaan and learns that Imaan's life was saved by Sandhya's heart. He experiences a renewed sense of hope and connection to Sandhya through the transplanted life.

Eashwar, the vengeful man from Sandhya's past, arrives in Munnar and stays with car mechanic Syed, planning to reach Karthik through Imaan. The threat intensifies as the pursuit moves to a new landscape.

While visiting the father and son, a car unexpectedly hits Imaan. Karthik rushes to shield him and starts to suspect that more are involved, deepening the mystery and danger surrounding Imaan's life.

Karthik attempts to win Imaan's trust, but the boy resists and clings to his father. The pursuit with Eashwar becomes a tense cat-and-mouse chase as Eashwar closes in on Imaan.

Syed brings in local goons who ambush Imaan's home, slashing with a knife sprayed with snake venom. Karthik is wounded but manages to fight back, buying time to protect Imaan.

In the heart of the forest, Eashwar overpowers Karthik and leaves him buried in a grave. Karthik miraculously resurfaces, fights back, and ultimately disables Eashwar by breaking his arm and leg, sparing his life but rendering him paralyzed.

Paralyzed Eashwar is hospitalized while Naushad and Imaan are brought back to Chennai by Karthik. He settles them in his new house, a home he built for Sandhya, ensuring the memory of their love endures.
