Mani Sharan works as a clever impostor who adopts the fearsome identity of the notorious goon Bottle Mani P. Ravi Shankar. Through this double life, he draws the wrath of the very man he’s pretending to be, and soon finds himself tangled in a far bigger plan than a simple deception. The scheme centers on Neelakanta Raju [Ramakrishna], a regal elder who rules over a family cradle of power and tradition: three daughters, a long-lost son, and a household that holds secrets as old as the palace itself. Neelakanta Raju clings to the hope that his son and grandson will one day walk back into the gates, while his sons-in-law view him as a liability to be removed so they can seize inheritance and influence.

In the city, the trio of scheming sons-in-law, along with Shastri [Suchendra Prasad], hatch a plan to replace the grandson with Mani to secure a fortune and a swift path to their ambitions. They seek a facilitator who can ferry Mani into the role of the family’s heir, and for a moment it seems they’ve found a shortcut around years of lineage and loyalty. Yet destiny has other plans: Mani is not Bottle Mani, and his own heart prevents him from harming the old man who should be a target rather than a beneficiary of this ruse.

As Mani enters the palace, his better instincts quietly begin to surface. He uses courtesy and courage to win over Neelakanta Raju, earning the elder’s trust while he wrestles with the weight of a lie that could ruin everyone around him. Desperation pushes the trio to seek a permanent seal for Raja Rajendra’s spirit. They hire a Black Magician [Kuri Prathap], hoping to trap the royal presence inside a bottle. For a while, it seems the spell works, and the palace returns to a fragile calm. But fate intervenes when Indrajith discards the bottle by accident, releasing the spirit once more. In a twist of miscommunication, Shastri’s daughter pleads with the magician to release the spirit, and the system of bottles grows chaotic: without labels, the magician accidentally frees a cascade of other presences—spirits of a bus conductor, a kabaddi player, an independence activist, and drama artists—each eager to possess a different body.

What follows is a riotous, laughter-filled climax where these diverse spirits commandeer various people across the palace, turning every room into a stage for comic mayhem. Mani, guided by a mixture of loyalty, love, and latent heroism, must navigate this supernatural scramble to outwit the three schemers and their cohorts. The film blends lighthearted humor with a thread of heartfelt moments, showing Mani’s growth from a gleeful impostor to a protector who risks everything to preserve the integrity of Neelakanta Raju’s family and the woman he loves.

Throughout the chaos, the story also weaves in royal family dynamics and the quieter moments that reveal deeper loyalties. Raja Rajendra’s wife Vimala Raman appears in moments that remind the audience of the human cost behind power, while Neelakanta Raju’s extended family adds texture to the palace’s social web.
