In Hyderabad, two rival gangs wage a brutal struggle for control of the city. Narayana hires Pandu to beat Ali Bhai's henchman Mallesh, setting off a cycle of extortion and retaliation. The city becomes a battleground as both camps escalate their criminal activities.

Pandu, initially working for Narayana, accepts a lucrative offer to switch sides and join Ali Bhai's gang. He quickly proves himself in the underworld's brutal power plays. The loyalty shift deepens the conflict between the two factions.

Pandu begins a romance with Sruthi, an aerobics teacher who lives with her widowed mother and brother. Pasupathy, a corrupt SI, becomes fixated on Sruthi and turns his attention toward her. Pandu's personal life becomes entangled with the gang war.

Pasupathy confronts Pandu after continuing harassment. Pandu reveals that he knows of Pasupathy's role in a constable's death and warns him to stay away from Sruthi. The animosity between them deepens as the threat looms.

Shruthi thanks Pandu and starts to fall for him, despite the violence surrounding their lives. The relationship is complicated by Pasupathy's scheming and the gang's attention. Pandu struggles to protect both his love and his code of violence.

Narayana's gang abducts Qadri's daughter, drugs her, and produces a lewd video to threaten her father into releasing Ali Bhai. The videos are released anyway, heightening the sense of desperation and danger. In her drugged state, she inadvertently reveals that her father had placed an undercover officer as a mole in Ali Bhai's gang.

With Pasupathy's help, Ali Bhai learns that the undercover IPS officer Krishna Manohar is the son of retired Inspector Suryanarayana. The revelation ties the mole to a deeper web of loyalty and betrayal. The search for Krishna Manohar intensifies.

Ali Bhai confronts Suryanarayana and kills Pandu's friend Ajay, believing him to be a threat. Suryanarayana reveals that Ajay is actually his adopted son, exposing a tragic twist in the ruse. The truth tightens the noose around everyone involved.

Ali Bhai then kills Suryanarayana to lure Krishna Manohar out of hiding and into the open. The plan succeeds, pushing Krishna Manohar toward the front lines. The net of deception tightens around Pandu.

When Krishna Manohar finally steps into view, the shocking truth emerges: he is none other than Pandu. Sruthi, Pasupathy, and others react with disbelief to the reveal. Pandu's true identity upends the battleground's dynamics.

After funeral rites for Suryanarayana and Ajay, Pandu guides Pasupathy to Binny Mills to locate Ali Bhai. He methodically defeats Ali Bhai's men and confronts Ali Bhai itself, slicing his throat when the killer tries to bargain. The fall of Ali Bhai marks the near-end of the city war.

Pandu calls Qadri to report his daughter's safety, then confronts Pasupathy. Pasupathy draws his gun, but Pandu shoots him dead, delivering the final, brutal statement that he won't listen to his own threats. The cycle of violence seems to end here.
