Sathya, a beggar, is desperate to find his long-lost sister Raani, who was sold to human traffickers under the guise of an orphanage. He scours the city and listens for clues about her whereabouts, driven by a mix of hope and fear. This quest sets the emotional motive for much of the story that follows.

One day, Sathya is kidnapped by mercenaries who snatch him away from his ordinary life. He is pulled into a shadowy operation with dangerous actors pulling the strings behind the scenes. The kidnapping marks the abrupt turning point into a conspiracy that drives the rest of the plot.

Doctors transplant Sathya's brain into the body of Vijay Gurumoorthy, a renowned business tycoon. The operation is orchestrated by Aravind, Illango, and Dr. Shiva, who reveal themselves as the masterminds behind the transplant. The real Sathya awakes inside a stranger's persona, starting a crisis of identity.

Sathya regains consciousness and is shocked to find himself in Vijay's body. He struggles to reconcile his own memories with the new persona now living in his body. He begins to acclimate to the wealth and influence he has suddenly inherited.

Vijay's business partners confront Sathya and insist he continue acting as Vijay. They manipulate him to handle Vijay's public and private obligations. The pressure seals Sathya's fate as he steps into a dangerous double life.

As Sathya navigates the new life, he meets Hema, Vijay's girlfriend, who becomes a personal and emotional complication. Their relationship adds a layer of complexity to Sathya's struggle with identity. The connection also deepens the stakes of his impersonation.

In a flare of anger and resolve, Sathya kills Aravind, Illango, and Shiva and disposes of their bodies on the island. He then returns to Chennai to reclaim control of his life and to pursue his new mission. This act marks a decisive break from his prior role as a victim.

Following a fatal incident involving a girl's death caused by a politician, Sathya takes Vijay's place by founding the Anti Bikili foundation. The organization pledges to help the poor and tackle poverty across the state. This marks his active shift from victim to reformer.

The Anti Bikili Foundation grows into a respected institution, earning public admiration for Sathya's work under Vijay's banner. Citizens applaud the foundation's initiatives while Sathya maintains his secret identity for the time being. The public success strengthens his resolve to stay in character.

Police discover the bodies of Aravind, Illango, and Shiva and inform the Chief Minister. The CM attempts blackmail Sathya for a share of the profits, but Sathya refuses to bow to the pressure. Sathya also reveals his true identity to Hema, deepening their complicated relationship.

Sathya surrenders to the court, choosing to face the consequences rather than continue living a lie. The trial unfolds with the public eye on the alleged murders connected to Vijay's persona. The case tests his resolve and the fate of Anti Bikili.

After a heavy court case, Vijay's properties are transferred to Hema, who is pregnant with Vijay's child, saving the Anti Bikili foundation. Sathya is sentenced to 10 years in prison for the murders. He finally reunites with his sister Raani, who is married with a daughter also named Sathya, and promises to reunite after his release.
