Ranganath Rao, K.S. Sridhar, an archaeologist and professor, travels to a library in Greece and, through a book written by Ptolemy, uncovers a legendary artifact: Shri Krishna supposedly entrusted his friend and counselor Uddhava with an anklet that is said to hold solutions for the deadliest problems humanity will face in Kali Yuga.

In Hyderabad, Karthikeya [Nikhil Siddhartha] becomes a doctor who clings to science and logic, but his career takes a hit when he is suspended after slapping a Mayor who had tried to perform a Yagna in the ICU for his son. At the same time, his father’s accident and a series of bad omens—the fall of a plant, an inauspicious omen—lead his mother, Tulasi, to fear they are being punished for an old vow to Shri Krishna. To seek guidance, they travel to Dwarka, where his uncle, Sadananda, Srinivasa Reddy, is a devout devotee of Krishna and lives with the family.

One night, Karthik encounters a mortally wounded Ranganath Rao who tries to entrust him with a message. When Karthik runs to fetch an auto rickshaw to take Rao to a hospital and returns, Rao is gone, leaving behind a riddle and a sense that something larger is at play. The following day, Karthik’s mother disappears, and he finds himself arrested by the police who accuse him of Rao’s murder. A young woman named Mugdha, Anupama Parameswaran, steps in to rescue him from custody, and a strange moment occurs when a mysterious man attacks them but stops abruptly upon catching sight of Shri Krishna’s idol.

Together with Mugdha and his devoted uncle, Karthik seeks answers from a sage who explains that the man belongs to the Abheera, an exiled clan that once resorted to theft but remains fiercely protective of Krishna’s belongings. They learn that Rao had discovered the anklet’s location and had left clues pointing to the right person who can claim it. The investigation takes a darker turn when Santanu, a professor with selfish ambitions, murders Rao and tries to frame Karthik for the crime.

Guided by Rao’s notes, the trio finds a peacock-shaped object in Krishna Thatakam, and Mugdha decodes a Sanskrit inscription that directs them toward Govardhan Hill. They hire Suleman, Harsha Chemudu, to help them reach Govardhana Hill, Mathura, away from prying eyes. On their journey, they face cunning villagers who try to seize the reward money, but the group manages to reach the hill and use the peacock-shaped object and a telescope to unlock an entrance.

The next morning, Mugdha escapes with the telescope, leaving Karthik, Sadananda, and Suleman behind. Santanu captures the group and leaves them to die in the desert, but Mugdha returns with help and reveals she sought out a knowledgeable ally to guide them. The four press on to meet the blind philosopher Dr. Dhanvantari, Anupam Kher, who explains that Rao and Santanu were part of a secret society that believed ancient India possessed far more advanced technology than the modern world. Krishna, as Dr. Dhanvantari explains, should be understood as a human-engineer figure—an innovator who shaped science, medicine, music therapy, and even healing practices—whose legacy is linked to the anklet’s rumored knowledge of medicine.

Armed with this revelation, the group faces police encirclement and a perilous river crossing when Karthik travels across a frozen river on a truck. They narrowly escape death, only to be ambushed by an Abheera who must observe Krishna Paksha for 24 hours. On another hill, Karthik discerns celestial clues and, guided by Mugdha’s decoding, reaches the final spot. There, the Abheera attack, but Karthik, aided by the telescope and the peacock-shaped object, aligns them with Shri Krishna’s idol to reveal an underground corridor guarded by snakes. By communicating with the snakes, Karthik reaches the anklet, earning nationwide fame as the secret knowledge inscribed on it promises to advance medical science.

Santanu’s lure to join a powerful secret society is rejected by Karthik, and the Abheeras ultimately surrender as Santanu is slain by his own faction. With the anklet secured but its true purpose still contested, Karthik sets out on a broader mission to uncover the connection between Krishna and the deep waters of the Atlantic. The final image shows a submerged city and a mysterious door, hinting at further revelations about humanity’s forgotten technological legacy.
