As the clock strikes midnight during their Halloween festivities, Major and Gullu are unexpectedly transported to the ethereal realm of the dead. This sudden shift marks the beginning of a supernatural adventure that will change their lives forever.

In the ethereal realm, they meet Ragini, a kind-hearted ghost who presents them with a Faustian bargain. Ragini offers to help them achieve their dreams, provided that they assist her in freeing tormented souls by revealing the wrongdoers from their past.
