Ted Grey, portrayed by Milo Ventimiglia, graduates at the top of his medical class and joins one of the nation's leading Pathology programs. His exceptional skills immediately draw the attention of a select group of privileged interns.

As Ted settles into his new role, he becomes enamored with a circle of fellow residents who seem charismatic and daring. However, he soon discovers that they engage in a dangerous game revolving around committing undetectable murders.

Ted finds himself increasingly pulled into the group’s reckless competition, where each member tries to outdo the others in plotting the perfect murder. The stakes rise as the line between a game and real-life consequences becomes blurred.
