A deranged surgeon becomes obsessed with restoring his girlfriend’s scarred face. He discovers that fluids from the pituitary glands of other women can temporarily erase her scars, prompting a murderous quest in which he hides bodies under car seats, in suitcases and even a deep‑freeze. The fleeting results force him to kill repeatedly, spiraling into a brutal killing spree that ends in massive death and disaster.
