In 1000 AD, marauding “tjuder” raid northern Scandinavia, killing a family and leaving teenage son Aigin as the sole survivor. He flees to a Sámi camp, where the hunters plan a coastal escape. Captured, Aigin is forced to guide the invaders to the remaining Sámi, but he plots revenge, intending to destroy them before they reach the settlement.
