Naruto the Movie: Legend of the Stone of Gelel

On a desolate beach, a tense night battle unfolds between the sand ninjas and bulky, robotic armored warriors. Gaara and the desert clan seize the upper hand, and as the remaining invaders retreat toward the sea, they unleash flares that reveal a colossal warship waiting just offshore, looming over the horizon.

Far away, Naruto Uzumaki, Shikamaru Nara, and Sakura Haruno embark on a separate mission to recover a lost pet ferret. Their hunt draws them into a renewed clash with the armored assailants, and they also cross paths with a mysterious knight, Temujin. After a brief but fierce skirmish, both [Naruto] and Temujin are knocked off a nearby cliff, leaving Shikamaru and Sakura scrambling to locate their friends.

From the wreckage, a gargantuan, cathedral-like machine rumbles into view, ripping through the forest and coming to a stop not far away. Naruto and Temujin awaken inside a moving caravan guided by Kahiko and Emina. The ferret Nerugui has miraculously survived and has taken a liking to Temujin, much to Kahiko’s dismay, because Kahiko is the one who ordered the mission. In the caravan’s depths, Shikamaru investigates a chamber filled with pods containing humans and witnesses two figures, Kamina and Ranke, work to activate the pods. The pods appear to siphon human souls into the armored soldiers.

Temujin departs the caravan, taking Naruto with him, while at the cathedral, Temujin is introduced to Haido. Haido reveals that the Gelel Stone—a mysterious mineral with the power to control the caravan and the fate of a vanished clan—is at the center of the plot. He claims his plan is to seize the stone to bring lasting peace to the world. The group heads to the beach again, where [Gaara] asserts his strength by defeating [Ranke], while [Kamina] flees, and [Shikamaru] and [Sakura] rescue Kahiko from Fugai.

Temujin’s memories resurface, reminding the group of a painful past, and Shikamaru steps in to restrain Temujin long enough for the team to regroup. They press Temujin for answers, but he and Kahiko slip away from the caravan. At the Gelel Mine, Naruto and friends confront Haido for the brutal sacrifices that haunt his plans. As Haido and Naruto pursue Kahiko and Temujin beneath a platform elevator, Shikamaru, Sakura, and Kankuro join the fight, defeating Kamina and Fugai in a pivotal showdown.

In the Chamber of Sealing, Haido confronts Temujin with a grim revelation: Haido claims to have killed Temujin’s parents. After Haido destroys Temujin’s stone, the would-be tyrant attempts to wield a dangerous power to finish him off, but the heroic soldiers who believed in Temujin intervene to save him. Naruto uses the legendary Rasengan—the green-and-orange spiral sphere—to shatter the stone and topple Haido’s plans. With the stone destroyed, the mine begins to lose control, and Temujin utilizes a Space-Time Hole to collapse the mine’s hold, with Naruto stepping in to ensure Temujin’s safety.

As the mid-credits scene unfolds, Temujin and the rescued children set sail, bidding farewell to Naruto and the steadfast allies who stood by them through the ordeal.
