Six months after Charas's death, Lino finds himself working in a drug crime squad under Julia's leadership. Despite his new position, he is consumed by the desire to find the assassins responsible for his brother Quentin's death and the murder of his mentor, Charas.

Each night, Lino stakes out the house of Stella, the wife of Areski, who is responsible for his brother's death. His colleagues at the police station grow increasingly concerned about his obsession and urge him to move on from his past.

Jumping ahead a year, Lino has taken a more active role, leading police raids on drug importers with modified vehicles. His newfound authority showcases his commitment to fighting crime despite the turmoil in his personal life.

While on a job, Lino encounters Spanish police officer Alvaro, who reveals he was a friend of Charas. Their meeting underlines the ongoing connections and shadows of the past that continue to influence Lino’s present.

During this time, Lino embarks on a new romantic relationship with Stella, Areski’s wife. However, this relationship complicates as Julia grapples with feelings of regret over her past with Lino.

Lino receives a fake phone call about the poor health of his foster mother, orchestrated by a drug lord seeking to manipulate him. He arrives to find Marco, Areski’s henchman, is actually being held there to serve a greater plan.

Instead of killing Marco, Lino discovers he is under police protection as part of their operation against drug runners. Lino's sense of honor prevails, and he decides to drive Marco to safety in his restored Renault, amidst rising tensions.

A dramatic car chase unfolds as Lino, Marco, and various police units chase after each other, creating chaos on the roads. This involves an array of car swaps, explosions, and intense confrontations at border checkpoints.

In a tragic turn of events, Marco is accidentally killed by Julia during a struggle at the Spanish border. This misstep ruins the case against many drug runners and corrupt police, reflecting the high stakes of their mission.

The death of Marco leads to new challenges as Alexander Resz, the corrupt head of the Narcotics Department, sends numerous officers after Lino. This escalation puts Lino in heightened danger as he tries to clear his name.

Faced with pressure from her superiors, Julia contemplates her future with the police force. She ultimately resigns when ordered to provide false testimony about Marco's death to protect herself and Lino.

In a climactic moment, Areski reappears, searching for the remains of the Renault. This encounter brings unresolved tensions back to the forefront and sets the stage for future conflicts in the saga.
