Longlegs

Throughout the film, the story reveals that Lee’s survival is rooted in her mother Ruth’s desperate attempt to protect her from the influence of “Longlegs,” a demonic figure who manipulates families through sinister dolls and symbols. Ruth, a deeply religious woman, makes a Faustian bargain to keep Lee safe from evil, agreeing to help “Longlegs” to prevent her daughter from going to hell.
