The demonstration showcases its versatility and potential to counter the rising criminal threat. The car proves it can handle land and water in pursuit and rescue scenarios.

6

Shawn shot again; brain chip implanted

Watts shoots Shawn McCormick again, and doctors manage to implant a microchip in her brain to aid in her recovery. She regains consciousness but cannot remember the details of the attack. The implant creates a new link to KITT's digital systems.

Michael returns and retrofits Knight 4000

Final ambush and Watts's demise

After ambushing a caravan of corrupt cops, they discover no guns and learn of another group heading for the local mall.
