Veerabhadrayya is introduced as the feudal lord who rules the village with a cadre of henchmen and the village sarpanch. He lends money to Venkateswarlu, a local farmer, setting up the power dynamic that drives the plot.

Suryam is a hardworking student living in a nearby city who falls in love with Veerabhadrayya's daughter Madhulatha. The romance cross-cuts between city life and village life, foreshadowing trouble for both families.

Veerabhadrayya realizes the romance threatens his authority and orders Venkateswarlu to prevent his son from seeing Madhulatha. Venkateswarlu refuses, sparking the escalation that follows.

Veerabhadrayya kills Venkateswarlu and demands repayment of the loan from Suryam. He uses the threat of debt to assert control, showing the brutal nature of the feud.

Suryam asks for time to repay the loan and, with the help of his elder sister, begins raising crops to settle the debt. The family works hard to honor the obligation, emphasizing resilience in the face of oppression.

As the harvest nears, Veerabhadrayya and his henchmen destroy the crops and attempt to sexually assault Suryam's sister. In the aftermath, she commits suicide, intensifying the drive for revenge.

Veerabhadrayya frames Suryam for his sister's death, accusing him of forcing prostitution. Suryam is arrested by the police, his name sullied by the fabricated charges.

Suryam escapes from jail with the help of Sujatha, a doctor, marking the start of his quest to topple the corrupt order. The escape shifts the story from tragedy to active pursuit of justice.

Suryam aligns with Sujatha and plans his revenge against Veerabhadrayya and his accomplices. They work together to outmaneuver the corrupt system that ruined his family.

Madhulatha, aware of Suryam's innocence, stands by him, strengthening his resolve and public sympathy. Her support deepens the emotional stakes of the mission.

As acts of vengeance escalate, the villagers begin to see Suryam as a hero rather than a criminal. Their support grows, turning the tide of public opinion in his favor.

The climax pits Suryam against Veerabhadrayya in a dramatic showdown. He confronts Veerabhadrayya, exposes his crimes, and defeats him in a decisive battle.

With the tyrant exposed and justice served, Suryam clears his name and avenges his sister's death. The village recognizes him as a rightful victor and ends the conflict.
