Sanjay dies in a car accident on a road near Darjeeling. Yamaraj, the Hindu deity of death, escorts his soul to the afterlife for judgment. The mortal arc ends as Priya's hopes fade with the road's shadow.

In the heavens, Yamaraj reveals a mix-up: Sanjay was not meant to die, Tarun Kumar was the true target. The god orders Sanjay to return to Earth and possess Tarun's body for a second chance. This divine intervention sets off a plan to restore balance.

On Earth, Sanjay's body is found after Tarun has been shot by his own brother. Yamaraj retrieves the bullet and instructs Sanjay to inhabit Tarun's body. Priya’s knowledge of the case remains incomplete as the cosmic swap begins.

Priya succeeds in bailing out her father and learns from him that Tarun framed him for the crime. This revelation reshapes the moral landscape around Tarun and his circle. Sanjay, now in Tarun's body, contemplates the new life and what justice demands.

Sanjay, inhabiting Tarun's body, discovers Tarun's criminal acts and the motive for his murder—money. He vows to correct Tarun's wrongs rather than seek revenge. He begins to dismantle Tarun's illicit empire and redirect funds toward charity.

Tarun's brother is arrested on the basis of his testimony. Realizing Sanjay will live again in Tarun's form, the angel unites him with Priya before returning to the heavens. The cosmic reordering completes Sanjay's second chance at happiness and justice.
