As ominous chaos envelops the Casa de la Loco Sanitarium, a nefarious figure emerges, overpowering a nurse and assuming her identity. This Thief blends into the guise of a medical professional, kickstarting a crime spree that ravages all in its path. Not only does he steal a firearm and commandeer a vehicle, but he also amasses a small fortune in stolen cash while ruthlessly eliminating an unlucky loan office manager.

As he bolts from the scene of his heinous act, the Thief inadvertently discovers a macabre yet fascinating cemetery where somber burial rites are unfolding amidst the eerie strains of bagpipe music. A curious group of mourners, including an undertaker and a caretaker, gathers to pay their respects, drawn together by a strange blend of respect and curiosity.
