Betsy was determined to create lasting memories, leading Jack to suggest a hasty wedding in Las Vegas, whisking them away to the dazzling atmosphere of Bally’s Casino Resort.

However, fate had different plans. A charming and sly professional gambler, Tommy Korman (/actor/peter-boyle), became intrigued by the striking resemblance between Betsy and his deceased wife, Donna. With calculated prowess, he orchestrated a rigged poker game that ensnared Jack into borrowing a staggering $65,000 after being dealt a near-impossible straight flush—only to be outmatched by Tommy’s superior hand. As a cruel twist, Tommy proposed to wipe away the debt if he could steal away Betsy for a weekend—on one condition: there would be no intimacy involved.

Desperate, Jack and Betsy found themselves trapped in this web of deception, with Jack forced to watch as Tommy whisked Betsy away to his picturesque retreat in Kauai. Determined to reclaim his love, Jack commandeered a taxi, only to learn that Mahi Mahi, Tommy’s loyal taxi driver, had been instructed to keep him at bay. After a series of unfortunate events, including being arrested and later bailed out by his dentist friend Sally Molars (/actor/robert-costanzo), Jack finally uncovered the truth: Betsy had been lured to Las Vegas, where Tommy had convinced her to marry him.

Stuck in San Jose, Jack raced against time to find a flight to Las Vegas, by chance meeting a quirky band of Elvis impersonators known as the “Flying Elvises.” Unbeknownst to him, these skydiving enthusiasts would become crucial to his quest. Summoning his courage, Jack took a daring leap from 3,000 feet, landing safely and crashing Tommy’s plans just in the nick of time.

As dust settled from the chaos, Jack and Betsy finally exchanged vows in a charming Las Vegas chapel, surrounded by their newfound friends, the “Flying Elvises.” In a dazzling white jumpsuit, Jack was a sight to behold, while Betsy radiated beauty as a stunning showgirl, marking the beginning of their newfound life together.
