The story introduces Interpol agent Mike Whittier, who comes across the enigmatic Agent 47 in his study. Their brief yet intense conversation establishes a backdrop of intrigue and foreshadows the assassination-driven narrative that is about to unfold.

The timeline shifts back three months, revealing Agent 47 executing a seemingly flawless assassination in Niger. Following the hit, he receives his next target—the Russian President Mikhail Belicoff—indicating the high-stakes nature of his profession.

Using remarkable sniper precision, Agent 47 takes out Belicoff from over 4 km away. Just as he’s about to withdraw, he learns about a witness named Nika Boronina, prompting him to confront her about her knowledge of the hit.

Upon meeting Nika, Agent 47 realizes she is unfamiliar with him and chooses not to eliminate her, contrary to his instructions. The media, meanwhile, spins Belicoff’s death as a non-fatal incident, intensifying the intrigue surrounding the assassination.

Agent 47 becomes a target himself when he narrowly avoids an assassination attempt. This event sets off a chain reaction, leading him to uncover that the order to eliminate Nika was directly linked to Belicoff's own machinations.

Agent 47 confronts his Agency contact, Diana, to seek clarity on the conspiracy that unraveled. He grapples with the shocking news that the hit was orchestrated from within the ranks, adding layers to the plot’s complexity and danger.

While hiding out in a hotel, Agent 47 finds himself ambushed by FSB operatives led by Yuri Marklov. In an explosive escape, he fends off his attackers, showcasing his lethal skills, but is now marked for death by his own agency.

In a tense moment, Agent 47 takes Nika hostage to interrogate her about the conspiracy. Their escape via train is fraught with danger as they are attacked by agents sent to retrieve him, leading to an intense combat sequence.

During his quest, Agent 47 meets Agent Smith, who reveals that Belicoff's assassination was a ruse. They strike a deal: 47 agrees to eliminate Udre, Belicoff's brother, in exchange for Smith’s future assistance.

Agent 47 travels to Turkey to eliminate Udre, immersing himself in the arms-dealing world. In an intense confrontation, he manages to kill Udre, progressing his mission to expose the fake Belicoff and the conspiracy behind it.

With intelligence gathered, Agent 47 forces Yuri to orchestrate an assassination attempt against Belicoff during Udre's eulogy. Using disguises and strategic positioning, 47 prepares to take out the president in cold blood.

Agent 47 voluntarily surrenders to Interpol, getting into a Mercedes-Benz G500 with Mike Whittier. Just as he appears trapped, Agent Smith intervenes, providing a swift escape with a convoy of Audi Q7s, indicating deeper alliances at play.

The timeline culminates in a surprising revelation where Agent 47 exposes a decoy he has been using. After sharing a final message with Whittier, he disappears into the shadows, maintaining his enigmatic presence in a world full of betrayal.

Nika unexpectedly receives an envelope revealing her dream of owning a vineyard has come true, adding a layer of bittersweet closure to her story. Meanwhile, Agent 47 watches over her, hinting at lingering connections even after their tumultuous entanglement.
