Hitman: Agent Jun

Jun, an orphan with exceptional fighting and drawing skills, is approached by a recruiter to join the NIS. He accepts and trains, earning the title of Elite Assassin within the agency. Even as an agent, he quietly nurtures his passion for drawing webtoons in his spare time.

While conducting missions, Jun continues to draw webtoons in his spare time. His passion remains strong, and he hopes to achieve his dream beyond warfare. This dual life foreshadows the later decision to fake his death and pursue art.

Realizing that drawing alone won't satisfy his true goal, Jun fakes his own death by jumping from a helicopter on a stormy night. He disguises himself and vanishes from the agency to pursue life as a webtoon artist. The audacious ruse marks a turning point from covert missions to creative pursuit.

In the present, Jun's webtoon becomes a huge success, bringing his family out of obscurity. The newfound fame echoes through his household as they enjoy a level of comfort they never had. Yet the episodes reveal that the stories draw directly from his real past, stirring trouble ahead.

The NIS discovers that the latest episode mirrors a top-secret operation from Jun's past. They realize Jun is alive and connected to the operation despite his disappearance. This discovery triggers a push to locate and interrogate him.

NIS agents capture Jun and interrogate him about the webtoon’s origins. The interrogation forces him to confront his hidden life as a secret agent. The tension rises as the agency tries to separate fiction from truth and stop any fallout.

Jun receives a call from his nemesis Jason, revealing a hostage situation. Jason claims his wife is being held and demands that Jun return with Chief Cheon. The threat jolts Jun back into the shadowy world he tried to leave behind.

NIS agents manage to capture Jun's daughter. This development heightens the danger and motivates Jun to rally allies. Time is running out as the family’s safety hangs in the balance.

Jun's former colleague Cheol escapes with his daughter and heads toward Jun's location. Cheol's daring move signals loyalty and helps form a counter-strategy against Jason. They converge with Jun to confront the looming threat.

Cheol and Chief Cheon join forces with Jun to track Jason. They realize Jason aims to avenge his brother's death by Jun and Cheon. The trio plans a decisive move to locate Jason and end the hostage crisis.

They locate Jason and engage in a final confrontation with his henchmen. After a tense battle, Jason is defeated and his schemes are thwarted. Jun's name is cleared and the danger to his family subsides.

With innocence proven, Jun returns home to a peaceful family life. He remains a celebrated artist and begins work on the third episode of the webtoon.
