In the gritty heart of London, two unlikely heroes emerge: Shannon, a weary nurse, and Frances, an aspiring American actress. They stumble upon a daring scheme to con a band of ruthless gangsters, led by the cunning Kerrigan and Mason, out of an astonishing £1,000,000. Their audacious plan is sparked by an accidental eavesdrop on a gang conversation during a brazen bank heist. The duo dreams of using the stolen money to acquire vital medical equipment for Shannon’s severely underfunded hospital, where she tirelessly works as an overworked and frequently overlooked nurse. For Frances, the heist represents a chance to escape her monotonous life of voicing children’s cartoons, enabling her to swap her old Pontiac Firebird for a more luxurious Mercedes.

As their risky plot thickens, Shannon and Frances utilize their wits to manipulate the gangsters into relinquishing their ill-gotten gains. Yet, the shadows of danger loom ever closer, with the consequences of their audacity hitting hard when Frances’ cherished Pontiac is blasted into pieces, and Shannon barely dodges a kidnapping attempt. Refusing to give in to fear, the inventive duo stages a bold break-in at Mason’s heavily guarded abode, leading to a nail-biting confrontation with him and one of his thugs.

The tension skyrockets as the women take charge of Mason’s vast arsenal, igniting a chaotic shoot-out that leaves the gangsters in disarray. With their hands now on the fortune, they make a spectacular escape in a Porsche Boxster, conveniently borrowed from the gang’s loot.
