Originally transformed into a haunted house attraction for Halloween, this dark site witnessed the harrowing demise of 15 individuals, comprising both attendees and employees. The authorities attributed these tragic events to an “unidentified malfunction.” Guided by producer Diane Graves, the documentary crew embarks on a fascinating yet chilling journey to unravel the mystery, unearthing whispers of supernatural forces linked to the calamity.

Their investigation leads them to Sara Havel, the sole survivor among the Hell House staff, who reveals disturbing footage that captured the eerie occurrences in the days preceding the disaster. The film chronicles the crew’s arrival at the ominous hotel, where each member encounters inexplicable events that leave them on edge. Amidst the chaos, Alex (the CEO of the company) remains steadfast in his ambition to launch the haunted house attraction come Halloween night.

Hints of a dark past surrounding the Abaddon Hotel surface, with sinister rumors suggesting it was previously a playground for a Satanic cult’s rituals. The crew, however, dismisses these foreboding signs, continuing with their preparations. This careless attitude leads to a horrific turn of events, resulting in a brutal attack on all guests and employees, culminating in 15 tragic fatalities.

As Sara grapples with her traumatic experiences, she requests a moment of respite from filming, mentioning she would be in her hotel room designated as room 2C. Moreover, she urges the documentary team to infiltrate the Abaddon Hotel to uncover the truth shrouded in tragedy. Shortly after, Diane attempts to leave a message for Sara at the hotel’s reception desk, only to be met with a spine-chilling realization: there is no record of Sara’s registration, and room 2C does not exist.

Perturbed yet resolute, Diane and her cameraman venture towards the Abaddon Hotel, leaving their colleague Mitchell behind to examine Sara’s unsettling footage. Unbeknownst to them, Mitchell makes a horrifying discovery that rattles him to the core, leading him to attempt contact with Diane, but his efforts prove futile.
