Charlie Mayough, an undercover DEA agent portrayed by Liam Neeson, carries the psychological weight of a mission gone wrong. Back in the city, Charlie’s personal life intersects with his professional challenges when he meets Judy Tipp, a free-spirited and self-proclaimed Enema Queen who introduces him to alternative therapies that intrigue him beyond the clinical prescriptions. Judy, a romantic spark in his life, embodies a different approach to healing and resilience, expanding Charlie’s world beyond the rigid boundaries of his job.

Professionally, Charlie finds himself drawn into a tense web of negotiations around money laundering and stock manipulation. He is brought into the operation by Fidel Vaillar, a passionate and principled figure, along with his loyal bodyguard Estuvio Clavo. Vaillar is the son of a powerful Colombian drug lord, acutely aware of how easily a stereotype can shape perception, and determined to control his own narrative. The group faces the volatile energy of Fulvio Nesstra, an aggressive Italian mob representative in New York who becomes a formidable obstacle in the deals they’re trying to broker. Nesstra is the disfavored son-in-law of the senior mob boss Carmine Minetti, a detail that hints at the complicated family dynamics behind the criminal enterprises.

Rounding out the circle is Jason Cane, a young Wall Street-type who has plans but, as the summary notes, a questionable sense of taste.
