An orphan, Janaki pursues a medical dream and earns an MBBS degree. She becomes a doctor who understands the everyday hardships of ordinary people. She devotes much of her earnings and time to charity and hospital work, serving those in need.

Abhiram grows up as the only son of a multimillionaire, surrounded by luxury. He completes his education in London before returning to Hyderabad. The contrast between his privileged world and Janaki's reality becomes evident.

Back in Hyderabad, Abhiram spends his days at parties and with women, living a carefree social life. The wealth and the social circle around him contrast with Janaki's world. The seed of a cross‑world relationship begins to form as he notices her.

Abhiram sees Janaki and is immediately attracted by her honesty and charity. The more he interacts with her, the more the difference between their lives becomes evident to him. He starts to wonder if a relationship with her could challenge his privileged world.

Abhiram accepts a challenge with friends to woo Janaki and win her over. He begins pursuing her despite the differences in their social worlds. Their relationship grows, but Janaki's values and lifestyle remain distinctly different from his.

Janaki's simple, service‑oriented lifestyle clashes with Abhiram's party‑filled world. He remains drawn to her but struggles to reconcile his world with her ideals. Their bond is tested as their values pull in opposite directions.

During Abhiram's birthday party, Janaki learns of the bet and confronts him with hurt and anger. He confesses the bet but says his feelings are real and he wants a future with her. Angered, she leaves the party, and Abhiram offers to take her back to her hostel, attempting to mend things.

Their quarrel escalates into a catastrophic accident on a city road, resulting in the death of a woman and orphaning her son. Janaki survives the crash; Abhiram sustains serious injuries. The incident shatters their fragile relationship and forces a painful separation.

After the accident, Abhiram is hospitalized and learns that Janaki has already left to work at her orphanage. He longs to meet her and offer an apology, but the distance between them seems insurmountable. This fuels his resolve to change and win her back.

While recovering, he teams up with Gaali Seenu, a goodhearted motorbike thief who agrees to accompany him. Together they leave the city, starting a road voyage toward Janaki's world. The journey becomes a catalyst for Abhiram's self-discovery.

Travelling through rural landscapes, Abhiram experiences everyday struggles and joys far removed from his former luxuries. He witnesses human resilience, poverty, and compassion, and begins to question his own privileged upbringing. This immersion reshapes his worldview and goals.

Abhiram and Seenu are captured by naxalites during their journey but manage to escape. In the crossfire, Seenu is shot in the back while saving Abhiram and dies from his injuries. The sacrifice profoundly affects Abhiram, deepening his sense of responsibility and loss.

Abhiram reaches a railway station and tells Janaki about Seenu's death and his journey. Janaki, moved by Seenu's sacrifice and his transformation, reconciles with him. The bond they share is renewed in the wake of shared loss and newfound understanding.
