Janaki is an orphan who faces numerous hardships in her life. She completes her MBBS and becomes a doctor, dedicating a large part of her earnings and time to charity. She understands the everyday struggles of the common man and chooses to serve those in need by working in a hospital, where her compassion drives her to help others as much as she can.

Meanwhile, Abhiram, the sole son of a multimillionaire, grows up amid luxury and completes his education in London. He returns to Hyderabad, spending much of his time at parties and in the company of women. He notices Janaki and is drawn to her. He accepts a challenge with his friends to woo Janaki and win her over, a decision that sets his life on a new, unexpected path.

Their clash of worlds comes to a head at Abhiram’s birthday party, when Janaki discovers the bet and confronts him. He admits his involvement but insists his feelings are real and that he wants to spend his life with her. She leaves in anger, and Abhiram accompanies her back to her hostel as their quarrel continues. A turning point arrives when a road accident occurs, in which a woman dies and her son becomes an orphan. Janaki survives the crash, while Abhiram is badly hurt. He longs to see her again and mend what has been broken, but finds himself facing a longer, harder journey to seek forgiveness.

To cross this emotional chasm, Abhiram enlists the help of a goodhearted motorbike thief named Gaali Seenu, who joins him on a journey that takes them far from the metropolitan comforts they once knew. The trek exposes Abhiram to the stark realities of rural life, its hardworking people, and its simple joys. The landscapes he traverses and the lives he encounters begin to alter his perspective, guiding him toward a deeper self-understanding and a more grounded sense of purpose.

Their path is not smooth: Abhiram and Seenu are captured by naxalites, but they manage to escape. Seenu is shot in the back while trying to safeguard Abhiram and dies from his injuries, leaving Abhiram to confront a painful loss. Grief-stricken yet determined, Abhiram continues his search for Janaki. He eventually finds her at a railway station and shares the news of Seenu’s sacrifice, along with the revelations from his personal journey. Moved by the tribute to Seenu and moved by Abhiram’s renewed resolve, Janaki and Abhiram reconcile, choosing to face the future together with a renewed sense of commitment and hope.
