At school, Victor showcases his intelligence but struggles to connect with his peers, including quirky classmates like Elsa Van Helsing and Edgar Gore. His father encourages him to play baseball to help him socialize better.

During a baseball game, Victor manages to hit a home run, but tragedy strikes when Sparky is hit by a car while chasing the ball. This loss deeply affects Victor, leading to his determination to bring Sparky back to life.

Grief-stricken yet inspired, Victor observes a lesson by his science teacher, Mr. Rzykruski, on the effects of electricity on frogs. This motivates him to attempt a dangerous experiment to revive Sparky.

Victor digs up Sparky's body and brings him to his attic lab, where he uses lightning to revive the dog. His success marks the beginning of a spooky and thrilling adventure for both him and Sparky.

As the chaos reaches its peak, Mr. Whiskers captures Elsa and takes her to the town windmill. In a misguided effort, the townsfolk chase Sparky, mistakenly believing him to be a threat.

A fire ignited by Mayor Bergermeister creates a dramatic situation inside the windmill. Victor and Sparky bravely rush into the flames to rescue Elsa, facing danger that tests their courage.

In a heart-stopping moment, Sparky is fatally wounded by a piece of wood during the rescue. As the windmill collapses, it seems that Sparky's second life comes to a tragic end.
