The movie opens dramatically on a plane, where multiple assassins are engaged in a fierce battle amid terrified passengers. The chaos escalates when one assassin breaks a window, causing a drastic depressurization that sends several people flying out of the aircraft.

Twelve hours prior to the plane fight, CIA Agent Aaron Hunter discovers that a shadowy terrorist known as 'The Ghost' has crippled one of their operations in Bangkok. This revelation prompts Director Katherine Brunt to classify The Ghost as a critical threat to national security, setting off a chain of events.

Knowing that Lucas Reyes, a disgraced former agent, has the skills to track down The Ghost, Brunt reaches out to him despite his status on the no-fly list. Initially resistant, Lucas is eventually persuaded to assist Brunt after a troublesome altercation with local thugs forces him to reconsider.

Lucas manages to secure a passport through Brunt's connections and boards the flight. As the plane ascends, Hunter and Brunt are alarmed to learn about a $10 million bounty on The Ghost's head, hinting that the aircraft is filled with dangerous assassins.

Lucas embarks on a seemingly innocent conversation with a fellow passenger named Cayenne, only to be drugged and cornered in the bathroom. In a fight for survival, Lucas uses his strength to turn the tables, resulting in Cayenne's demise and Lucas regaining control.

The commotion draws the attention of flight attendants Isha and Royce, who attempt to intervene. Lucas explains the dire situation and receives their help to hide the bodies, but soon discovers that the real Sky Marshal has been murdered.

Lucas identifies Isha as The Ghost after witnessing her unusual behavior, and they reluctantly form an alliance. Knowing the plane is crawling with assassins, they must work together to survive, despite their initial mistrust of each other.

Chaos reigns as assassins begin to strike. Isha cleverly anticipates and survives an attack by a Sikh man thanks to a poisoned drink while Lucas faces off against a female assassin, emerging victorious through sheer resolve.

Brunt reveals to Hunter the dark backstory behind Lucas Reyes, who was once a Secret Service agent with a tainted past. Lucas’s tragic history of being betrayed by Brunt herself deepens the tension between them.

As assassins swarm the plane, Lucas takes on multiple foes, resulting in a climactic and violent fight within the cramped aisles. With Isha’s help, they dispatch many of the assassins, but danger continues to loom as more attackers emerge.

In the cargo hold, the real purpose of Isha's device is unveiled—a tool designed to extract information about criminal networks beneath the surface. Troubling revelations arise as Lucas contemplates the implications of turning Isha in.

After an intense aerial battle, the pilots are killed, leaving the plane in a precarious position. Lucas and Isha rush to take control of the cockpit, while Brunt and Hunter launch their own machinations on the ground.
