As the Banks family embarks on a new chapter, Annie excitedly reveals to her husband George that she is expecting, triggering a whirlwind of anxiety and self-doubt within him. As Nina begins to experience signs that suggest impending menopause, their visit to the doctor delivers an astonishing revelation: Nina is also pregnant. This unexpected twist introduces a range of emotions for the couple, especially when they encounter Franck, Annie’s former wedding planner, who is elated at the thought of two new additions to the family.

As Nina and Annie navigate their overlapping pregnancies, they require constant attention from George. When Bryan is unexpectedly called away for an emergency meeting in Japan, leaving Annie in their care, family dynamics shift dramatically. As dinner approaches, he collapses, causing the family to spiral into a state of worry. As the family’s situation grows more dire, Franck takes the lead, guiding them to the hospital with a bewildered George in tow. George’s confusion is momentarily alleviated when he is mistakenly identified as a patient in need of a prostate exam.
