Lilli travels to Mallorca to visit her sister Valle and quickly learns Valle is engaged to Manu Chassée, who has a plan to open a B&B. The engagement triggers a plan to buy property for their venture, but underlying tensions surface. Lilli senses a complicated situation behind Valle's happiness.

In a Mallorca nightclub, Lilli meets Tom Sommer, a German bartender who becomes her lover. They begin an affair that distracts Lilli from the family drama. The relationship pulls Lilli deeper into the local schemes and lies surrounding Valle's plans.

Valle and Manu want to buy the property inherited from their mother to turn into the B&B. Valle has €40,000 from the inheritance to contribute, but half of the inherited property is owned by her sister Lilli, who opposes the sale. The deal hinges on a difficult family divide and conflicting interests.

Lilli meets Nick Unterwalt, a real estate investor, who offers €900,000 for the property. The offer seems like a straightforward solution, but Lilli suspects there is more to Unterwalt's interest than a simple purchase. The bait of a quick profit looms over Valle and Manu's plans.

Manu's ex Bea suddenly appears, and Lilli learns Manu does not work at Hotel Mirabelle as claimed. This fuels Lilli's fear that Manu is exploiting Valle. Manu defends himself by claiming he was made redundant after a change in ownership.

During a repair at the house, the repairman reveals the water pipe had been tampered with. The discovery raises suspicions that someone is sabotaging the property deal. Lilli frantically questions who might benefit from such interference.

Lilli visits Bea to hear her side of the story and learns Manu has deceived Bea as well as Valle. Lilli confronts Valle with this information, but Valle refuses to believe Manu could be so deceitful. The rift between the sisters widens as trust erodes.

At Unterwalt's estate during his eight-year-old daughter's birthday party, Lilli unexpectedly encounters Manu, Valle, Tom, and the appraiser and realizes it has all been a scam. She confronts Unterwalt about the inflated value and the true purpose of the sale. The facade cracks, revealing a coordinated deception.

In Tom's belongings, Lilli finds an envelope addressed to his real name, Tobias Winter, and a folder marked LF with documents and photos of Lilli and Valle. When confronted, Tom insists that not everything was a lie, hinting at hidden motives. The revelation deepens the trust crisis between the characters.

Valle begins to doubt Manu after Bea's death, which is found in a bathtub and police suspect as a suicide. The event intensifies the peril surrounding Manu's scheming. Valle's faith in Manu deteriorates as the net tightens around the con.

Tom confesses he was responsible for the burst water pipe and the handbag theft at the nightclub. Manu threatens Lilli with a gun, but Tom manages to disarm him, and the two escape by jumping off a cliff into the sea. Police later arrest Manu and Girasol, ending the immediate danger.

A year later, Lilli returns to Mallorca where Valle has opened a B&B, and Lilli runs into Tom again. The crisis has cooled, and a fragile, uneasy partnership begins to form as they navigate a new normal. The island holds both past shadows and a wary future.
