Timid accountant Jonathan McQuarry, Ewan McGregor, leads a rather uneventful, solitary life filled with numbers and balance sheets. One fateful evening, while burning the midnight oil in a large boardroom, he encounters the charismatic lawyer Wyatt Bose, Hugh Jackman, who disrupts his monotonous routine.
