Death Factory

Alyson and Josh search for privacy in a peculiar abandoned building on the town's edge. The couple start to kiss, but Josh notices a metal hand wrapped around the door frame and fears they are being watched. They decide to back off as Alyson leaves the room to smoke.

While Alyson steps into the hall for a cigarette, an unseen creature seizes her and drags her away from Josh. Josh remains hidden, panicked and powerless to intervene as the abduction unfolds.

Josh pursues Alyson's disappearance and encounters a tall woman with sharp teeth and steel scalpels on her fingers. The attacker viciously strikes, killing Josh and ending his attempt to rescue her.

A drunk hobo named Glen stumbles into the Dyson Chemical Factory's main lobby and meets a panicked Alyson. She warns him that Troy has been murdered, and Glen tries to comfort her while the killer remains unseen.

The murderous Alexa grabs Glen in the lobby, tears out his beating heart, and swallows it in a brutal display. She immediately moves toward Alyson, who watches in horror as the danger intensifies.

Alexa turns to Alyson and kills her in a brutal off-screen attack, leaving the hall silent and the victims accounted for.

Rachel, a college freshman, is invited to celebrate finishing her first year with five friends: Louisa, Derek, Francis, Leticia, and Troy. They discuss a suitable place and Louisa suggests the Dyson Chemical Factory, deciding to go there for their party.

The six teens arrive at the deserted factory and set up. Louisa recounts Dyson's grim history: an industrial accident exposed a worker to a toxin who later slaughtered colleagues, prompting the factory to close.

As the party continues, Francis and Leticia wander off to a rotting mattress room where they have long, drawn-out sex. The rest of the group drinks and relaxes amid the eerie surroundings.

With the party underway, Alexa launches her murder spree by stabbing Troy to death, signaling the start of a violent sequence that will claim more victims.

Alexa returns and kills Francis by crushing his testicles with her scalpel-like hands, a brutal display that silences the room.

Derek confronts the killer in a hollow corridor while trying to protect the others. He is knocked unconscious and stabbed in the stomach, leaving the trio precariously scattered.

Leticia is cornered by Alexa, who presses her eyes in until Leticia is blinded. The group scrambles to escape the escalating danger.

Louisa corners Rachel and reveals that the killer is Alexa, her sister. Alexa retaliates and kills Louisa, eliminating one of the few insiders who knows the truth.

Rachel overpowers Alexa and stabs her with Alexa's own scalpel-like hands. She wakes later in a hospital, the sole survivor, while Alexa remains loose somewhere in the factory.
