Three boys participate in a final fraternity initiation inside a poorly maintained morgue. They disturb the corpses, causing chaos and curiosity among them. During their reckless exploration, they discover a dead body in the freezer with a decapitated arm covering its face.

The boys remove the decapitated arm from the dead body, unintentionally provoking a vicious attack from the spirit. As they disturb the corpse, supernatural forces are awakened, leading to a deadly confrontation. The scene sets the tone for the horror that follows.

A young girl named Paa loses her leg and her life after running over her stolen shoes, which a poor woman took to give to her daughter. Filled with rage, Paa begins haunting the woman relentlessly, forcing her to confess her crime. The spirit burns away after the woman finally prays, ending her torment.

The main character, Mata, experiences intense deja vu, seeing visions of her boyfriend killing two people. She becomes increasingly disturbed as she witnesses zombie-like apparitions of his victims during her episodes. Her ability to see these spirits leads her to investigate and uncover the truth.

As Mata's visions escalate, she tries to intervene to prevent the violence she foresees. In a tragic turn, she mistakenly kills her own boyfriend during one of these attempts, believing she is stopping the cycle of violence. Her actions are driven by her supernatural visions.

A psychotic boss, Mata's boss, humiliates and fires a janitor, causing the staff to conspire and scare her with pictures of the janitor’s face. Meanwhile, the janitor jumps off a building after being humiliated and dies. His spirit begins haunting the boss, seeking revenge for his death.

In a love triangle, the main character uses a gypsy love potion that goes horribly wrong. After excessive doses, her love interest drinks it and is murdered in a haunted house. The zombie obsessed with her begins killing friends who try to stop him, demonstrating the dangerous consequences of magic misused.

The main character manages to kill the zombie lover by burying his body underground. Still desperate to end the nightmare, she attempts to decapitate his reanimated arm as it tries to escape from the grave, but she gets attacked and ultimately killed by the arm.

The main character faces her killer zombie, trying to eliminate the threat permanently. Her attempt to decapitate the arm results in her death, signifying her tragic end as the zombie’s arm still seeks to attack her, symbolizing the uncontrollable power of the supernatural forces she unleashed.
