In the segment “Paa”, a young girl named Kaye faces tragic consequences after a cruel incident involving her stolen shoes. When her newly purchased shoes are stolen by a destitute woman to give to her daughter, Kaye’s frustration and anger ignite a vengeful ghostly presence. This vengeful spirit relentlessly haunts the mother until she confesses the truth behind the theft. The story reaches its culmination when the mother finally admits what truly happened, resulting in the spirit’s flames consuming her in a fiery end. The cast features Jodi Sta. Maria as Elisa and Shamaine Buencamino as Kaye’s mother.

The segment “Mukha” explores the sinister consequences of a psychotic boss who takes pleasure in humiliating her subordinate, a janitor portrayed by Nanding Josef. After the boss publicly humiliates and fires the janitor, the staff, seeking retribution, scare her with photocopies of the janitor’s face. Tragedy strikes when the janitor, overwhelmed by humiliation, jumps to his death. That very night, the vengeful spirit of the janitor appears to haunt the boss, visiting her and seeking revenge. Meanwhile, the boss is also being stalked by the janitor’s restless spirit, who makes her life a living nightmare.

In “Mata”, the main character experiences vivid deja vu, witnessing her boyfriend, Arnold Reyes as Raymond, commit brutal killings. These visions gradually become more disturbing, revealing the faces of zombies—victims of her boyfriend’s murderous spree. Desperate to prevent future tragedy, she attempts to change the course of events, but her efforts turn tragic when she ends up killing her own boyfriend to stop him. The story delves into themes of fate, supernatural curses, and the terrifying power of the mind.

“Puso” tells the story of a love triangle complicated by dark magic. Driven by desperation, the main female character resorts to a gypsy’s love potion, which backfires catastrophically. After her lover consumes an excessive dose of the potion in a haunted house, he is murdered, transforming into a zombie obsessed with her. He kills several friends who try to intervene, but she ultimately manages to kill the zombie by burying him alive. However, her struggle is not over, as the zombie’s possessed arm tries to emerge from the grave, forcing her to attempt decapitation. In a tragic twist, the arm strikes her face, leading to her death. The story features notable characters, including Jana Cutler as Kaye and Pokwang as Emily.
