During Dheeraj's cremation, Meghna's hand is burned when a bottle of holy water flares up. A half-dead Brahmin in black appears briefly, reinforcing the sense that the ritual summons something sinister. The sequence foreshadows a spirit-driven conflict to come.

Meghna stumbles upon Dheeraj's personal diary, which reveals Radhika's past liaisons with British people for money and fame. Reading it reveals the truth about Dheeraj's character and the pact with Rahasur, setting the stage for a priestly intervention. The revelation forces Meghna to confront her misguided revenge.

A Hindu priest explains the family's cursed history and Rahasur's influence. To save Aditi, Meghna lights the temple lamp and sacrifices herself by stabbing herself with the Durga's trident. Her spirit battles Dheeraj's in the spirit realm, initially gaining the upper hand before being called toward the light.

Meghna's spirit is stopped by Arjun's own spirit, who urges her to return to the living world. She regains consciousness in a hospital bed, surrounded by Radhika, Shantanu, and Aditi—a moment that signals a fresh start for the family.
