An auto driver witnesses Mattu Bhai killing a news reporter and decides to help the cops. He provides crucial testimony that leads to Mattu Bhai's arrest. The event sets off a chain of retaliation from the crime lord's gang.

That same night, Mattu Bhai and his henchmen ambush the auto driver’s family in retaliation. The auto driver is killed and his wife is seriously injured, while his son Charan miraculously survives. The brutal attack shows the reach of the gang and deepens Charan's trauma.

Charan's mother is left critically injured in the aftermath of the attack. With finances scarce, Charan and his uncle struggle to arrange her operation. The local mafia leader's son commits a crime and offers Charan a deal that will change his fate.

Under pressure from the criminals, Charan falsely confesses to the crime. He ends up imprisoned for years as the justice system processes the case. The family is kept apart as the truth remains buried.

Biku, a gangster, and his henchmen harass Sanjana in Bangkok. Charan intervenes and rescues her, earning her trust and becoming her bodyguard. The dangerous underworld in Bangkok begins to close in around them.

Biku's men attack again, forcing Charan and Sanjana to flee on a water bike that runs out of gas. They swim to a nearby island, where Charan initially taunts Sanjana but eventually confesses his love. Sanjana now faces a conflict between her feelings and her father’s disapproval.

Karthikeya joins the pursuit, believing Charan has kidnapped Sanjana. An army of black assassins arrives and a fight erupts. A helicopter arrives to aid in the search, and Sanjana runs to her father in the midst of the chaos.

Karthikeya reveals that Charan's mother is alive and that his uncle lied about her death. He offers to trade Charan's mother for Sanjana, testing Charan's loyalty. Charan leads Sanjana to the meeting spot, trying to protect her while the truth destabilizes everyone.

Mattu Bhai learns of Charan and Sanjana and orders Sanjana kidnapped as part of a larger trap. A deadly shootout erupts as Karthikeya's men are killed and Biku escapes with Sanjana. Charan chases them to the island and confronts Mattu Bhai, luring him into a trap.

In the final confrontation, Charan kills Mattu Bhai in the same manner that Mattu Bhai killed his own father. He then rescues Sanjana and defeats Mattu Bhai's remaining men. The couple returns home together, ending the brutal cycle of vengeance.

Charan and Sanjana return to their home, having survived betrayal, abduction, and a bloody feud. The future remains uncertain, but their bond has endured. The story closes with them walking into an uncertain but shared life.
