Rice Pot (Sammo Hung) and Chimney (Frankie Chan) work with their master Kam Ming and his daughter Ann as a skilled team of pickpockets. During an encounter with Inspector Ling Ah-nam, the savvy investigator probing a diamond robbery, Ling begins a wary alliance with Rice Pot and later becomes his girlfriend.
