Seeking to combat the escalating violence, city officials construct a massive containment wall, effectively severing this forsaken area from the rest of Detroit. Once a bustling community, Brick Mansions is now abandoned, with schools and hospitals closed and the concept of freedom a distant memory.
For Damien Collier, portrayed by Paul Walker, an undercover cop haunted by his father's tragic death, each day becomes a fight to revive hope within this desolate space.
