A devout-seeking traitor, Acharya Shankaraiah fans chaos by manipulating several officials and social institutions. He fuels instability to advance his own aims. Chakradhar fights on the front, while a shadow of treachery spreads at home.

Annapurna visits Shankaraiah's Ashram and suddenly recognizes him as her abductor husband who has been posing as a holy man. In a moment of fear and revelation, Shankaraiah murders her. The incident reveals the depth of the villainy Chakradhar is unaware of while on the battlefield.

Back on the battlefield, Chakradhar displays leadership and resilience, guiding troops to hold the line. His courage culminates in a decisive victory. For his valor, he is decorated with the Maha Vir Chakra.

After returning from war, Chakradhar learns that his sister Jayanti is in love with Murali and wishes to see them united. He supports their relationship despite personal misgivings. The domestic drama now sits alongside his ongoing battle with justice and traitors.

During the pursuit, Prasad molests Jayanti and later kills Murali, shattering Chakradhar's family. In retaliation, Chakradhar kills Prasad, fed up with the cycle of violence. The personal vendetta further fuels the rebel's defiance.

Bhanoji Rao reveals Shankaraiah as the true mastermind behind his mother's death and Chakradhar's sorrows. Chakradhar eliminates Bhanoji Rao and continues toward the truth. He then surrenders to the police to face the consequences.

Chakradhar tears through the present constitution and order as he stands in court. The judiciary ultimately declares him guilty and sentences him to death, ending the story on a grim note. The film closes on questions about justice, sacrifice, and duty.
