Billa

David Billa, the most wanted underworld Don, is severely wounded during a chase and dies right before Jayaprakash. Jayaprakash witnesses the death and secretly buries Billa, concealing the truth from the rest of the force. The loss triggers a high-stakes hunt to capture the elusive criminal.

Inter­pol officer Gokulnath is assigned to work with Jayaprakash to track Billa, while the truth of Billa's death remains hidden. The team grapples with conflicting information as they plan a covert operation from within. The pursuit relies on undercover strategy rather than public manhunts.

Jayaprakash identifies Velu, a hotel server and petty gangster, as a suitable look-alike to Billa. He offers Velu education for his adopted child Karan in exchange for infiltrating Billa's gang. Velu agrees to the risky mission, understanding the stakes involved.

Velu is briefly captured, escapes, and calls Gokulnath at the Aero Bridge. It is revealed that Gokulnath is Jagadish, the killer of Jayaprakash, and that officer Menon has held the pen drive all along. Velu hands over the original pen drive to Menon and ultimately joins Sasha and Karan, ending his undercover arc.
